BOXING/ MUAY THAI FITNES
This class is a combination of both Muay Thai (Kickboxing) and Boxing, carefully designed to suit all levels of fitness, conducted by assigning each member to a partner. Partners are then given the opportunity to choose between both roles of either (Fighter - Pad holder) for a designated amount of time, then switching roles as the class progresses from Muay Thai to Boxing or vise versa. An introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for young aspiring students who would like to learn the art of ground fighting. Open to children between 6 and 11 years old.

This upper body resistance training class, focuses on strengthening, toning and improving overall upper body muscles such as Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders, Chest, Back and core. (Use of weights included)

High Intensity Indoor interval cycling, focuses on improving stamina, strength and general fitness by increasing and decreasing level of intensity (speed and resistance) throughout class. Promotes weight loss and lower body toning. (Cycling)
